This afternoon at about 3:04pm, detectives from District 4 arrested Michael Vega, 23, of Boston at 145 Dartmouth Street. Vega was arrested on two warrants out of the Boston Municipal Court for Trespassing and Disturbing the Peace. He was also charged with Breaking and Entering in the Nighttime for the incident that happened this morning at 47 Newbury Street at about 4:33am, when officers responded to a silent alarm at Valentino. When the officers arrived, they observed a double paned window on the Berkeley Street side smashed. Vega will be arraigned in at the Boston Municipal Court tomorrow morning.
