DAILY INCIDENTS FOR NOVEMBER 28, 2006

Suspect Arrested Outside St. Clements Church This morning at about 12:30am, officers from District 4 were responding to a call on Ipswich Street when they observed a white male urinating on St. Clements Catholic Church. The officers returned to the Church and found the suspect sitting in a vehicle. Police arrested Justin Isabella, 23, of Wenham and charged him with Open and Gross Lewdness. He will be arraigned in the Roxbury District Court.
Seven Arrested in East Boston for Trespassing
Officers from District 7 arrested seven people last night at 7:41pm inside the Urban Wild Park on Condor Street. This park has posted signs at the entrance, which clearly state the park closes at dusk. This park has been a location of numerous arrests, as well as complaints of graffiti and vandalism. Police arrested two 16-year-old females from East Boston, a 16-year-old male from East Boston, Maria Lopez, 17, Kimberly Casilla, 18, Thiago Gomes, 17 and John Herrera, 18, all of East Boston. The juveniles will be arraigned in the Boston Juvenile Court, the adults at the East Boston District Court.
Supermarket Detail Officer Arrests Two in Brighton
Two people were arrested this morning at 3:20am by a detail officer working at the Shaw’s Supermarket on Commonwealth Avenue in Brighton. The detail officer was alerted that two men were fighting a block away from the store. The officer, along with other officers from District 14, responded and separated the suspects. Police arrested Ferdinand Abad, 25, of Quincy and Uri Berenguer, 24, of Randolph charging them both with Affray and Disorderly Person. Both will be arraigned in the Brighton District Court.
Two Arrested After Assaulting Runner in Dorchester
Police in District 11 arrested three juveniles last night after the suspects assaulted a 57-year-old Dorchester resident while he was out for a run. The victim reports while running on Centre Street he was surrounded by three males and felt he was about to be robbed. One suspect punched him in the face and pulled his Walkman out of his ear. The three suspects then chased the victim as he attempted to flee. A witness approached the victim and the three suspects fled. The victim provided officers a detailed description of the suspects who were apprehended a short distance away. Police arrested two 14-year-old males and a 16-year-old male all from Dorchester. The three will be arraigned in the Dorchester District Court and charged with Delinquency to wit: Assault with Intent to Rob an Assault and Battery.
Suspects Arrested in West Roxbury in Stolen Car
Last night Officers from District 5 stopped a vehicle at 5090 Washington Street after matching it to a description that was wanted earlier in the night by outside Police Departments. Police removed the passenger of the vehicle, Eric Cahill, 25, of Roslindale who was found to be in possession of a dangerous weapon. The driver, a 16-year-old male from Dedham, who was in possession of alcohol and operating a stolen motor vehicle, was arrested along with the passenger. Both suspects will be arraigned today.

Police removed the passenger of the vehicle, Eric Cahill, 25, of Roslindale who was found to be in possession of a dangerous weapon. The driver, a 16-year-old male from Dedham, who was in possession of alcohol and operating a stolen motor vehicle, was arrested along with the passenger. Both suspects will be arraigned today.
