Two Juvenile Suspects Arrested in the Fenway for RobberyAt approximately 10pm yesterday officers from District 4 on patrol in the area of the Fenway observed a group of 5-6 males assaulting another individual and demanding his property. The group fled as officers approached and officers pursued them broadcasting their direction of flight as they continued to pursue. Two suspects were apprehended during the foot chase and they were positively identified by the victim. The two juveniles, 15 and 17 of Roxbury were arrested and charged with Unarmed Robbery, and Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.

Yesterday around 10:05pm, officers on patrol in the Theater District observed a male running and being pursued by another into the Dunkin Donuts located at the corner of Tremont St. and Boylston St. As officers made their way to the Dunkin Donuts they observed the suspect assault the victim about the head and face while trying to reach into the victim’s pocket. The suspect fled when he observed officers, but was apprehended after a brief foot pursuit.
Officers spoke to the victim who reported that the suspect demanded his cigarettes after he watched him make the purchase and he refused. The victim further reported that the suspect assaulted him by punching him several times before he fled from him and ran into the Dunkin’ Donuts. The suspect, Jeffrey Little, 45, of Jamaica Plain was arrested and charged with Assault with Intent to Rob.
Stabbing Suspect Arrested by Alert Detail Officer
Today at approximately 2:15am a Boston Police officer performing a detail on Lansdowne St. observed an altercation in front of 13 Lansdowne. The officer proceeded to that location and en route heard someone yelling that someone had been stabbed. The officer immediately observed several males fleeing from the scene and gave chase. While pursuing these fleeing individuals, one was observed to discard a knife. The individual that discarded the knife was caught and placed under arrest after a brief pursuit The suspect, Oscar Rosa, 20, of Natick was subsequently positively identified and placed under arrest for Assault and Battery by Means of a Dangerous Weapon.
The victim was transported to the Boston Medical Center in serious but stable condition.
