On Sunday, November 12, 2006, at approximately 3:10am, officers from District 6 responded to a radio call for shots fired at 32 West 7th Street. On arrival, officers discovered a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries. The victim has been identified as Willie Reynoso, 29, of South Boston.Boston Police Homicide detectives announced yesterday that 23-year old Tyrone Dubose and 19-year old Emmanuel Cruz, both of Boston, have been arrested in connection with the fatal shooting that occurred at 32 West 7th Street.
The Boston Police have charged Tyrone Dubose with murder and Emmanuel Cruz with Accessory After the Fact Murder. Both Dubose and Cruz have been charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Class D within 1000ft of a school zone, Possession of Class D and Possession with intent to Distribute Class D. Both suspects will be arraigned today at South Boston District Court.
