OUI Suspect Arrested at the TankOfficers from District 3, yesterday morning around 12:38am, were at the Mobil gas Station located at the intersection of Blue Hill Ave. and American Legion Hwy. when they observed a motor vehicle screeching its tires come speeding into the gas station. Officers observed the operator exit and stumble out of his car after striking a parked motor vehicle. Officers approached the operator who had to be steadied as he was very unstable on his feet, and didn’t realize he had hit a car. Officers additionally noticed that the operator had a strong odor of alcohol about him, incoherent speech, and was fading in and out of consciousness. The suspect, Christopher Noel, 29, of Roxbury was arrested and charged with Operating Under the Influence of Alcohol.
Passenger in Car Arrested with Firearm During Traffic Stop
Yesterday around 4:42pm officers from District 3 observed a motor vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed on Washington St. toward Norwell St. Officers conducted a traffic stop at 217 Washington St. and observed the car to be occupied by four individuals. As officers approached the driver to get his information, they observed the passenger behind the driver reaching and concealing something under the driver’s seat. That passenger was removed from the car and inspection of the area where he had been observed reaching revealed a loaded firearm. The suspect, Taj K. Green, 20, of Mattapan was arrested and charged with Unlawful Possession of Firearm, Ammunition and Possession of Class D for marijuana that was found on his person during the booking process. The driver of the car was also cited for Speeding.
B&E Suspect Arrested with Drugs and Paraphernalia
Around 8:22am yesterday, officers from District 2 responded to a radio for a breaking and entering in progress at 10 Wayne St in Dorchester. On arrival officers were directed to the rear of the building where they observed a metal ladder propped against the building. Officers gained access by way of the ladder and found the suspect inside the vacant apartment. The suspect, Ernest Framer, 54, of Dorchester was arrested and charged with Breaking and Entering, and Possession of Class A for heroin found on his person after being placed under arrest.
