On Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at approximately 8:00pm, officers from District 5 responded to 419 Baker Street in West Roxbury based on a call placed to 911. On arrival, officers located a teenage male in a semiconscious state, who was marked with disturbing graffiti written on his body.Officers immediately alerted two specialized units, Sexual Assault and Community Disorders, to respond to the scene. EMS also responded and transported the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
A thorough and exhaustive investigation conducted by Boston Police Sexual Assault, Community Disorders and District detectives determined that the teen was a victim of a ‘prank’. An interview with the teen revealed that he became intoxicated while drinking alcohol with a group of individuals known to him. The victim stated that before passing out, he witnessed his so-called “friends” writing on him, but was too intoxicated to do anything about it. Those individuals have been interviewed by area detectives and have admitted leaving him in the condition in which he was found. The accounts of their actions are consistent with that of the victims. Detectives also notified their parents. The victim has been released from an area hospital and has declined to pursue the matter.
