Two Juveniles and Two Adults Arrested in South Boston for Armed RobberyWhile playing in the Moakley Park last night, two teenagers were robbed at knifepoint of their cell phone and I-pod. The four suspects fled on foot toward Andrew Square where members of an investigative unit and officers from District 6 stopped them. Police recovered the stolen items and knife and arrested a 15-year-old male from Roxbury, a 15-year-old female from Roslindale, Marcus Cole 17, of Dorchester and Shanelia Rainey, 17, of Dorchester. The juveniles will be arraigned in Boston Juvenile Court where they will be charged with Delinquency to wit Armed Robbery and the adults will be arraigned in the South Boston District Court charged with Armed Robbery.
Allston Gas Station Robbed
Last night at 10:55pm, officers from District 14 responded to 198 Western Avenue on a report of an armed robbery. On arrival the officers spoke with the victim who stated that the suspect, armed with a firearm, robbed him of U.S. Currency. The suspect fled toward North Harvard Street and remains at large.
Bronx Fugitive Arrested in Roslindale
Members of the Youth Violence Strike Force arrested Andy Junior Albacanals, 25, of Roslindale last night at 5:56 in front of 61 Bradeen Street. The suspect was wanted on a New York Parole Warrant for felony Burglary. He will be arraigned this morning in the West Roxbury District Court and charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
