On October 28, 2006 at 4:47pm, officers from District 2 responded to a radio call for an unknown incident at 26 Homestead Street in Roxbury. The officers arrived and discovered human body parts found in a trash bag at that location. Based upon the discovery, Homicide Detectives initiated an investigation, which led to 95 Hollingsworth Street in Mattapan. While conducting a well-being check at that address, officers discovered additional human remains inside the residence. Homicide Detectives continue to investigate this death.Police have arrested Brian Lee, 41, of Mattapan and charged him with murder. The victim is believed to be a relative of Brian Lee. Lee will be arraigned Monday morning in West Roxbury District Court.
