Detectives from District 3 urge anyone with information about suspects from a double shooting that occurred in Dorchester this afternoon to contact them at 617-343-4700 or the remain anonymous by calling the Crime Stoppers Unit at 800-494-TIPS.This afternoon at 2:46pm, officers from District 3 responded to 81 Mountain Avenue on a report of a shooting. At that location officers discovered an 7-year-old and 11-year-old female shot inside. Both females were transported to the Boston Medical Center Pediatric Emergency Room where they are being treated for non-life threatening injuries. The suspect(s) remain at large; district detectives continue to investigate this incident.
