Overview: Between September 30th and October 10th, seven commercial robbery incidents have taken place throughout the city that appears to be related. A black male suspect (age 20-30), similarly described in appearance and motive has robbed four gas stations and two convenience stores (two incidents at one location), all at gunpoint using a black handgun. The suspect has been reported to cover his face with a mask or bandana, and orders the clerks to the floor at gunpoint. Similarities in each incident:

· Took money from registers
District E5 detectives believe that there may be two suspects acting in the robberies that have taken place on their district:
· The incidents at the Lil’ Peach on 09/30/06 and the Shell gas station on 10/04/06 appear to have the same suspect. In these incidents the suspect quickly enters the business with a firearm drawn in his right hand and pointed at the clerk. The suspect was wearing a brown suede glove on his right hand with white fur on the outside. Lottery tickets were stolen in these incidents.
· The incidents at the Lil’ Peach on 10/09/06 and the Hess gas station on 10/10/06 appear to have the same suspect. In these incidents, the suspect did not appear to be in a hurry, unlike the aforementioned incidents. The suspect appeared to be wearing a Crash-Test Dummy facemask in both of the incidents, and no lottery tickets were taken.
It is unclear whether or not the two suspects are acting together in this robbery series.
