At 1:03am on Friday, October 13, 2006, officers from District 2 responded to a radio call for a person shot outside of 42 Stanwood Street. On arrival officers locate a black male in his late twenties suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. EMS transported the victim to Boston Medial Center where he was pronounced as a result of his injury.Officers recovered ballistics evidence at the scene.
