Last night around 11:46pm, officers from District 4 responded to Shawmut Avenue and Dwight Street on a report of shots fired. On arrival officers located the victim a 19-year-old black male suffering from apparent gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to Boston Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries.Two juvenile suspects were taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing.
